Returns
Molly Goddard operates a 14 days return policy upon receipt of your order. To qualify for a full refund, all items must be returned in the same condition you received them in, with the original packaging and tags still attached. Please contact shop@mollygoddard.com before returning your order.
For both UK and International returns, you will need to complete the Returns Form enclosed with your order and pay for return postage via a trackable method. Please obtain a valid proof of postage and hold onto it until you receive your refund.
For EU and International returns, please clearly mark your package and commercial invoice as ‘Returned Goods’ to avoid delays at Customs.

We will process your return within 7 working days, please allow up to 14 days for refunds to show in your account.
If you receive an item classified as faulty and or damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Please email shop@mollygoddard.com and include your order number.
Kindly note we are unable to accept returns on Made to Order styles, Bespoke and Trunkshow orders, as these are final sale.
Duties and Taxes
Kindly note we are unable to refund any duties and taxes paid, you will need to contact your local DHL with your original waybill number to make a claim for any charges paid if items are returned.
Cancelling orders
We are only able to accept cancellations if the order has not been dispatched. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact shop@mollygoddard.com as soon as possible. Please note that we will be monitoring communication Monday – Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, so despite emailing regarding the cancellation, the order may still be dispatched.
Kindly note we are unable to accept cancellations on Made to Order, Bespoke ad Trunkshow orders, as these are final sale.
Faulty Items
If an item is considered damaged or faulty, to be eligible for a refund you will need to contact us within 48 hours of delivery with as much information and imagery as possible. Please email shop@mollygoddard.com and be sure to include your name, order number and address for reference.
Please note that we are able to track when an order has been successfully delivered, so it is always best to open and review the order as soon as possible to allow time to contact us if necessary.
