Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship internationally. We use DHL as our carrier, and can ship to all locations they cover.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Approx. 2-3 days for UK delivery, 2-4 days for European delivery & 5-7 days for International delivery.
Q: Can I receive my delivery the next day?
A: If you live in the UK or Europe, it may be possible to send your order on a next day service at an increased rate. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss this further.
Q: Do you cover international duties and taxes?
A: Customers outside the EU are responsible for all import duties and tax charges that may be applied by their local customs office on delivery to their country. Any Import duty or tax charges are out of our control and will be invoiced to you by DHL directly.

Q: How do I make a return?
A: You will need to complete the Returns Form enclosed with your order and pay for return postage via a trackable method. To complete your Returns Form, you will need a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). Please email email@example.com to obtain a RAN.
Q: How long is your returns policy?
A: We operate a 14 day returns policy.
Q: Can I exchange an item?
A: We do not offer exchanges, but instead will fully refund you and you can make another purchase.
Q: How long does it take for the refund to be received?
A: We will process your return within 7 working days, please allow up to 14 days for refunds to show in your account.

A: In some cases, we can offer our Made to Order service. Please contact email@example.com to enquire about the item you are interested in.
Q: An item is listed as pre-order. What does this mean?
A: This means we will not yet have the stock, but you will be able to purchase the order prior or we make it just for you.
Q: How long do pre-orders take to arrive?
A: A delivery window will be stated on the item listing.
Q: Are Pre-Orders able to be returned or exchanged?
A: All Pre-Orders placed online are final sale and non-refundable.
