The shipping rates are calculated based on your shopping location. To ensure you get the most precise pricing, including taxes and delivery charges, please remember to choose your shipping destination at the top or bottom of any page while you're browsing.
Please note that orders will be dispatched Monday – Friday. Shipping times should be used as a guide, and exact times will be confirmed upon issue of delivery. We are unable to take responsibility for transit delays or customs clearance issues but will do our best to assist if these problems occur.
For pre-order items, estimated shipping date is stated on the item detail page. Orders that include multiple items will be shipped when all items in the order become available. If you would like to receive in stock items before the pre-order items, we recommend to place separate orders.

Shipping costs vary depending on size, weight and the destination of delivery. We will share all delivery options based on your order and destination during check out.
Duties and Taxes
We ship to over 40 countries with duties and taxes included. Your order will be shipped DTP (Duty Taxes Paid), ensuring that there are no extra fees upon delivery. For US orders, please be aware that taxes will be calculated based on the state you are shopping from.
For orders outside covered countries, customers are responsible for any import duties and taxes imposed by their local customs office upon delivery. These charges, billed directly by DHL, are beyond our control.
To claim a refund on any import duties paid for returns you will need to contact your local DHL with the original waybill number and proof of the return shipment.
