Sizing
Where can I get advice on which size to take?

Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. We use DHL as our carrier, and can ship to all locations they cover.
How long does delivery take?
pprox. 2-3 days for UK delivery, 2-4 days for European delivery & 5-7 days for International delivery.
Can I receive my delivery the next day?
If you live in the UK or Europe, it may be possible to send your order on a next day service at an increased rate. Please contact us at shop@mollygoddard.com to discuss this further.
Do you cover international duties and taxes?
Customers outside the EU are responsible for all import duties and tax charges that may be applied by their local customs office on delivery to their country. Any Import duty or tax charges are out of our control and will be invoiced to you by DHL directly.For more information, please visit our Delivery page.
Returns
How do I make a return?
You will need to complete the Returns Form enclosed with your order and pay for return postage via a trackable method. To complete your Returns Form, you will need a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). Please email shop@mollygoddard.com to obtain a RAN.
How long is your returns policy?
We operate a 14 day returns policy.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer exchanges, but instead will fully refund you and you can make another purchase.
How long does it take for the refund to be received?
We will process your return within 7 working days, please allow up to 14 days for refunds to show in your account.For more information, please see our Returns Policy.
What are the return costs?
As we provide return labels for international returns, kindly note the cost of £30 will be deducted from your refund.
Unavailable items
An item I want is out of stock. Will you be restocking?
If an item you want is out of stock, please email shop@mollygoddard.com where a team member will be able to advise any further options.
If an item is out of stock, can you make one for me?
In some cases, we can offer our Made to Order service. Please contact shop@mollygoddard.com to enquire about the item you are interested in.
SS24 Pre-orders
An item is listed as pre-order. What does this mean?
This means the item has not arrived to our warehouse and is not available for shipping yet. You can place a pre-order for this item ahead of its arrival to the warehouse to secure the stock.
How long do pre-orders take to arrive?
A estimated shipping date will be stated on the item listing.
What if my order contains both items that are pre-order and in stock?
Your order will be shipped in its entirety when all items in the order become available in our warehouse. When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking details of your order.
Are pre-order pieces able to be returned or exchanged?
Yes, pre-order items are eligible for returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date.
Made to Order
An item is listed as made to order. What does this mean?
This means we will make it just for you in our London atelier.
How long do made to order pieces take to arrive?
A delivery window will be stated on the item listing.
Are made to order pieces able to be returned or exchanged?
All made to order styles placed online are final sale and non-refundable.
