Please note that orders will be dispatched Monday – Friday and deliveries will be made Monday – Friday between 9 am and 6 pm. Shipping times should be used as a guide, and exact times will be confirmed upon issue of delivery. We are unable to take responsibility for transit delays or customs clearance issues but will do our best to assist if these problems occur.
Shipping costs vary depending on size, weight and the destination of delivery. We will share all delivery options based on your order and destination prior to purchase.
Duties and Taxes
Customers outside the UK are responsible for all import duties and tax charges that may be applied by their local customs office on delivery to their country. Any Import duty or tax charges are out of our control and will be invoiced to you by DHL directly.
Please note due to Brexit, EU customers purchasing non-EU originating goods will be subject to a 12% import duty.
Molly Goddard operates a 14 days return policy upon receipt of your order. To qualify for a full refund, all items must be returned in the same condition you received them in, with the original packaging and tags still attached. All returns require a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and returns without a RAN will not be accepted. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a RAN.
For both UK and International returns, you will need to complete the Returns Form enclosed with your order and pay for return postage via a trackable method. Please obtain a valid proof of postage and hold onto it until you receive your refund.
For EU and International returns, please clearly mark your package and commercial invoice as ‘Returned Goods’ to avoid delays at Customs.

We will process your return within 7 working days, please allow up to 14 days for refunds to show in your account.
If you receive an item classified as faulty and or damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Please email email@example.com and include your order number.
We are only able to accept cancellations if the order has not been dispatched. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. Please note that we will be monitoring communication Monday – Friday from 10 am to 6 pm, so despite emailing regarding the cancellation, the order may still be dispatched.
If an item is considered damaged or faulty, to be eligible for a refund you will need to contact us within 48 hours of delivery with as much information and imagery as possible. Please email email@example.com and be sure to include your name, order number and address for reference.
Please note that we are able to track when an order has been successfully delivered, so it is always best to open and review the order as soon as possible to allow time to contact us if necessary.
